Dance healing is not dancing performance. It doesn’t require grounding in dancing or physical fitness to people who take part in. Bur during this event experiencing, more importantly, during this group interaction, they can experienced body movement themselves, and gradually discovered more possibilities.
Dance healing helps people in various perspectives. Through group interaction, it helps people overcome isolation and create strong social and emotional bond, so that people can experience the joy of being with others. Through its rhythmical movement, it helps to relax intense muscles, release anxiety and to become more energetic.
